Joyful skin care. We create products that are a joy to both look at and use. Our colourful branding represents the lush natural scents inside. We choose quality oils and butters to nourish skin and don’t use any water or fillers.

Absolutely. We don’t test on animals (only on willing humans!) We only purchase ingredients from trustworthy suppliers that are cruelty free as well. 

Yes! As a vegan myself, I have worked hard to create formulas free of animal-derived ingredients. One of the most challenging ingredients to replace is beeswax, a key ingredient in solid balms. Luckily there are many alternatives these days. Our body balms and lip balms have a combination of vegetable waxes that feel amazing on the skin and lips.

The majority of our packaging is recyclable. Our balms are packaged in aluminum tins, our oils in glass bottles and soaps in paper boxes. All of these can be easily recycled wherever you live. We package online orders in cardboard and paper that is recyclable as well. 

Our bath salt pouches, which are plastic coated to keep the salts fresh, are not currently recycled in regular programs. We are working on finding a better option.

We only use oil-based ingredients and no preservatives in our products. That means everything is stable and best kept in cooler or room temperatures and out of direct sunlight (don’t keep them in car when it’s 30 degrees in July!) Our bath salts are best stored in a dry space, rather than a humid shower shelf. 

We use the most natural ingredients that we can. Most are natural oils, butters, waxes and salts that you will recognize. We use essential oils for fragrances. If you’re ever wondering what an ingredient is, just ask!

Our products don’t have any preservatives. As long as you keep them dry and in stable temperatures, they will last at least 6 months from when you open the packaging. Over time, natural scents may start to fade, but the products will still work effectively.

We currently only deliver within the UK. We will expand that in the future.

We ship with with Royal Mail Tracked for parcels up to 2kg. Once we ship your order (usually within 2 days) we’ll provide you with a tracking number.

Shipping is £3.75 for a standard order. We offer free shipping on orders over £35.

We are confident that you will love our products. However, if you are not happy with something, feel free to contact us within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
