Returns Policy
We want you to love your Du Jour Skincare products! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
How to Return
- Email us at hello@shopdujour.co.uk within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
- We’ll provide instructions for sending the item(s) back.
Conditions
- Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.
- For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on any item that has been opened or used.
- You are responsible for return postage unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@shopdujour.co.uk within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
